Introducing PipeTalk:
Easy, High Speed Ethernet Connections

Central Junction Board

Wiring Junction - This central junction board allows 5 chamber locations and 2 console locations to merge together. As a fully functioning ethernet switch, proper high speed data routing is ensured.

Network Switch - Each chamber and console punch down occupies a “port” of the ethernet network switch. An RJ45 (Ethernet) plug allows multiple junction boards to connect together.

Power Controller - Each junction board can trigger 2 blowers using built in normally open contacts of solid state relays. Power detected in either console (or another trunked junction board) will activate the board itself as well as provide trigger voltages to the attached chambers. A plug in DC power supply is included with the controller and features multiple power prongs for worldwide compatibility.

Endpoint Breakout Boards

Single Breakout Board - This junction board allows a single controller to be connected via ethernet as well as a power source to be triggered. 12VDC is supplied to trigger a relay or power sequencer when a console is turned on.

Multipoint Breakout Board - This board allows for multiple ethernet devices to share a single backhaul to the main junction board. By running one cable, multiple chamber controllers can be supported as well as wifi access points. If used in the console, a wifi access point can be installed in the console along with the console controller. A contact closure output is provided that activates when the console is turned on (regardless of whether the board is in the console or the chamber). A plug in DC power supply is included with the controller and features multiple power prongs for worldwide compatibility
