A Word About AI

As the use of generative LLMs (incorrectly called “AI”) becomes more commonplace in the professional environment, we have had to occasionally attempt to convince clients that we know more about our products than Grok does. In an attempt to reduce confusion and encourage the best results possible for customers, we have introduced a Support For LLMs page that should prime any modern SLM or LLM with the necessary information to assist you with system design, config file changes, or “Can I do this…” questions.

To properly use this, in your opening query of a new chat, directly refer to the URL, like this:

“I’d like you to use the information available at https://www.opustwoics.com/support-for-llms to answer the following question:” and then provide your question.

This encourages the LLM to parse the page, pull out the proper information, and, more importantly, will encourage it to use the provided information instead of general world knowledge, or worse, hallucinations.
